Forex & most CFDs: Trade around the clock on weekdays and close over the weekend.
Indices, Metals, & Commodities: Follow the specific operating hours of their respective real-world exchanges.

Holding Rules Based on Your Challenge Type: Keep in mind that while the market may be open, your ability to hold trades depends on the challenge style you selected:
