Important: Never share your dashboard login or MT5 Master password with anyone. If you need to share your results, use your Investor (read-only) password instead.

A few simple habits go a long way toward keeping your account, and your payouts, safe.

Your password

  • Use a password of at least 8 characters, with at least one number and both uppercase and lowercase letters.

  • Don't reuse a password from another site or service.

Your credentials and VPS

  • Never share your dashboard login or MT5 Master password with anyone.

  • Sharing your results? Use your MT5 Investor (read-only) password instead of your Master password - it lets someone view your trading history without being able to place trades or access withdrawals.

  • If you use a VPS to run your trading, it must be yours alone - shared VPS use isn't permitted.

Staying alert to phishing

  • We'll only ever contact you through our official email domain and support ticket system.

  • We will never reach out to offer you an investment opportunity or guarantee a return - treat any message like that as fraudulent, and report it to us.
