In short: An Account Reset gives you a brand new account on the same plan and phase you are currently in, back at its starting balance, at 30% off the standard price of your Challenge. It is available on 1-Step and 2-Step Challenges, whether your account is active or breached, and you can reset each Challenge phase once. Resets are not available on funded accounts or Instant Funding plans.
What is an Account Reset?
An Account Reset lets you restart your current Challenge phase without buying a new Challenge at full price. You pay a discounted reset fee from your dashboard, and a new account is created for you on the same plan, with the same account size, account type (Day or Swing), and trading rules.
When can I reset my account?
You can reset your account in either of these situations:
Breached accounts: If your account has been breached, you can reset it and continue in the same phase instead of starting over with a new Challenge purchase.
Active accounts: If your account is still active but you would prefer a clean start, for example after a difficult run of trades, you can reset it at any time. Any open positions on your current account will be closed when the reset is completed.
Resets are available in every phase of 1-Step and 2-Step Challenges. A reset always restarts the phase you are currently in. For example, if you reset during Phase 2, you receive a new Phase 2 account. You do not go back to Phase 1.
Resets are not available on funded accounts or on Instant Funding plans.

What does a reset restore?
Your new account starts fresh, just like the first day of the phase:
Your balance returns to the starting account size
Your Daily Loss and Max Total Loss limits are calculated from the starting balance again
Your profit target progress and trading day count start from zero
Any add-ons you purchased with your original Challenge, carry over to your new account automatically. You do not need to buy them again.
Trading history and progress from your previous account do not carry over to the new account.
How much does a reset cost?
A reset costs 30% less than the standard price of your Challenge plan. The exact fee is shown in your dashboard before you pay.
The reset price is the same whether your account is active or breached.
How many times can I reset?
You can reset each Challenge phase once. After you have used your reset for that phase, the reset option no longer appears in your dashboard. To continue from that point, you would need to purchase a new Challenge.
Before you reset an active account: Resetting closes all open positions on your current account. Make sure you are ready to close your trades before you confirm the reset.

Click Reset and review the reset fee. If your account is active, any open positions will be closed once the reset is completed.

Your new account is created and its login details are issued to you
