Yes, you can change your registered email address.
If your email changes, you need to notify us and we will update the information.
Please send a request to [email protected] asking to change your email address. Also, bear in mind that this request must be sent from the originally registered email address.
If you cannot log into your email we will accept a request from the new email address too, but for security purposes we might verify your identity.
Once the change is made in our system, all future communication will be sent to the new registered email address.
Just remember: only one profile per trader is allowed, so avoid creating a second account with a different email.
