PayPal is one of the payment methods available at P1 checkout. Paying through PayPal means your card details are not shared with P1 at checkout.
If you do not have a PayPal account, the steps below cover registration, adding a card, and paying for your P1 challenge.
1. Register a Personal PayPal Account
Create a PayPal account first.
Navigate to the official PayPal website and select Sign Up.
Select the Personal Account option.
Input your personal details, current legal address, and mobile phone number.
Review the terms of service and submit your registration.
Verify your profile by clicking the confirmation link sent to your registered email address.
The PayPal account must be in your own name and match the name on your P1 account.
2. Link Your Payment Card
Once your profile is active, you can add your Visa or Mastercard to your PayPal wallet.
Log into your PayPal account.
Navigate to the Wallet tab on the main dashboard.
Select Link a debit or credit card.
Input your card number, expiration date, CVV, and the exact corresponding billing address.
Click Link Card to save your payment credentials.
3. Card Verification
PayPal may ask you to confirm the card with a small one-time charge before it will let you spend it. Whether this step applies, and the amount charged, depends on your country.
Access your PayPal Wallet and select the newly linked card.
Click Confirm Card to start verification.
PayPal will charge a small amount to your card. The description of that charge on your statement contains a 4-digit code.
Locate this code on your mobile banking app or online statement, return to your PayPal wallet, and submit the 4-digit code to finalize verification.
4. Complete Your P1 Challenge Purchase
With your card linked and verified, you can pay for your challenge with PayPal.
On the P1 Prop Markets checkout page, select PayPal as your payment method.
Authenticate into your PayPal account via the secure pop-up window.
Select your Visa or Mastercard as the funding source for the transaction.
Review the payment details and authorize the charge. Upon successful clearing, your P1 trading credentials will be generated and dispatched .
Refunds follow the standard P1 policy: 14 calendar days from purchase, provided no simulated trade has been placed on the account.
