How to resolve Credit card failure to pay

P
Written by P1 Prop

If your debit or credit card transaction is unsuccessful, it is usually due to security checks by your bank or card provider. This can happen for several reasons, and in most cases, it can be resolved quickly.

1. Common Reasons for Payment Failure

  • Your bank automatically blocked the transaction for security reasons (especially for international or online purchases)

  • Multiple payment attempts in a short time triggered a security flag

  • Incorrect card details entered (number, expiry date, CVV)

  • Insufficient funds or a spending limit on your card

  • Your card does not support online or international payments

2. Immediate Steps to Take

  • Double-check your details (card number, expiry date, CVV)

  • Contact your bank or card issuer and ask them to approve the payment to P1.

  • Clear browser cache and cookies, then try again in a fresh incognito/private window

  • Try a different device or browser (for example, switch from your phone to a laptop)

  • Wait a few minutes before retrying

3. Alternative Payment Methods

  • PayPal – accepts all major cards and local bank transfers

  • Apple Pay – requires an Apple device

  • Crypto – Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and more (review list).

  • Skrill / Neteller – popular e-wallet options for fast payments

4. If You’re Unsure What Happened

  • Check your Spam and Junk folders for our emails, you should receive 2 emails from us (one confirming your order and one with your account credentials if payment was successful)

  • Find us on Live Chat — widget at the bottom right corner of your screen

  • If our team is not available in your language or you need more help, email us at [email protected] with the email you used for your purchase and details of the problem

Do not worry, your money is safe with us. If payment was received, you will get your account, no questions asked.

5. Important Notes

  • If your transaction is shown as pending, it means funds have not been captured, no payment has been taken yet

  • P1 never charges double, if any issue occurs, we investigate immediately and resolve it
