KYC verification must be completed before your first payout can be processed. When you submit your first payout request, our support team will email you to request your verification documents - you don't need to start it yourself beforehand.
What you'll need
A valid, government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, or national ID card)
A selfie holding your ID, to confirm the ID belongs to you
Proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement)
How it works
Submit your first payout request as normal, from your dashboard.
Our support team will email you to request your verification documents.
Reply to that email with the requested documents.
Once your KYC is verified, your payout continues through processing.
Make sure your ID is valid for at least 3 months, and that all four corners and all text are clearly visible in the photo you submit - this is the most common reason a submission needs to be redone.
