What you'll need
A valid, government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's licence, or national ID card)
A quick selfie or liveness check, to confirm the ID belongs to you
Proof of address, if requested (a recent utility bill or bank statement)
How it works
Submit your first payout request as normal, from your dashboard.
Once your request has been through our standard review, our team will contact you (by email and/or support ticket) to request your verification documents.
Upload the requested documents through your dashboard - a clear photo of your ID, plus a selfie or liveness check.
Once verified, your payout continues through processing.
Make sure your ID is valid for at least 3 months, and that all four corners and all text are clearly visible in the photo you submit - this is the most common reason a submission needs to be redone.
