There are three: the Loyalty Program, the Mentor Program and Seat-to-Pro.
Loyalty Program
The Loyalty Program rewards traders who stay engaged and trade to a high standard over time. As you build a track record of consistent, rule-respecting trading in line with the Playbook, you unlock benefits such as discounts on future challenges, complimentary upgrades and add-ons, and access to custom challenge configurations. The logic is simple: long-term discipline is exactly the behaviour we want to encourage, so we recognise commitment rather than treating every challenge as a one-off purchase. The specific perks at each level are shown in your dashboard.
Mentor Program
The Mentor Program lets proven, consistent traders earn additional rewards by guiding others on their journey. It mirrors how real proprietary desks develop talent - experienced traders coaching newer ones - and it strengthens the wider P1 community while giving top performers a way to earn beyond their own trading. If you’ve shown sustained, professional-grade performance, you may be invited to take part; details are shared with eligible traders directly.
Seat-to-Pro
Seat-to-Pro is our introduction pathway to real proprietary firms. Traders who demonstrate genuine, repeatable skill in the simulated environment can be referred into our global prop network - the long-standing relationships P1 maintains with proprietary firms worldwide, built on years in the sector. This is where everything else leads: turning proven simulated performance into a genuine opportunity at a real desk. Seat-to-Pro is merit-based and reserved for standout performers, so if you qualify, our team reaches out to you.
How do I join?
You don’t apply to these programs in the usual sense - they’re built into your journey with P1 and are entirely merit-based. Trade consistently and within the rules, build a track record, and eligibility follows; the exact terms, levels and benefits are confirmed in your dashboard or shared with you directly as you qualify.
