What can I see in the Affiliate Portal?

What the Affiliate Portal shows about your referrals, sub-affiliates and their clients.

As a master affiliate, you get a clear view of your whole network: the names and emails of your direct referrals, your sub-affiliates and the clients they bring in. To protect everyone's privacy, personal details such as phone numbers, addresses, dates of birth, KYC documents and trading accounts stay private.

Everything below is on one page: log in at my.p1prop.com and choose Affiliates in the left-hand menu, under Earn & Learn.

People you referred directly

Two tables list the people who joined through your links. This includes your sub-affiliates, because they sign up through your link too.
Each table has a search box and lets you show 10 or more rows per page.

Referred Clients lists everyone who signed up through your link, whether or not they have bought anything. It shows customer number, first name, last name, email and date joined.

Referred Clients table

Referred Customers with Orders lists the referred clients who have placed at least one order. It shows customer number, name, email, number of orders, country and last purchase date.

Payouts

Payout History lists every payout you have requested: payout ID, tier, amount, method, date and status.

Your multi-level network

If you have sub-affiliates, the lower part of the page shows the purchases their clients make and the commission that passes up to you.

Multi-Level Affiliate gives three totals: multi-level commissions, direct pass-up and indirect pass-up earnings.

Multi-Level Affiliate totals

Multi-Level Referrals lists each purchase made by a client your sub-affiliates referred. It shows the client's name and email, the product and price, the sub-affiliate's email (under Direct Affiliate), your direct and indirect pass-up commission, and the purchase date.

Multi-Level Customers lists each of those clients once. It shows the client's name, the sub-affiliate who referred them (Referrer Name), purchase count and last purchase date.

What you can't see

The portal shows only what you need to track referrals and commissions. For your direct referrals, your sub-affiliates and their clients, you can't see:

  • Phone numbers

  • Home addresses

  • Dates of birth

  • Account verification (KYC) details or documents

  • Trading accounts or trading activity

Custom commission splits with sub-affiliates

A master affiliate can ask for a different split with their network. For example, a lower commission for the sub-affiliate and a higher override for you. The split can cover both first and recurring purchases.

  • It must be agreed with and approved by P1 in advance.

  • P1 sets it up as a custom commission profile, so it can't be changed from the portal.

  • A higher override can change other parts of your arrangement, such as your own commission rates or the discount codes available to you and your network.

Terms are agreed case by case. Contact Support to discuss.

Quick answers

Can I see my sub-affiliates' names and emails? Yes. They appear in Referred Clients, because they signed up through your link.

Can I see the clients my sub-affiliates bring in? Yes, their names and emails, plus what they bought and when, in Multi-Level Referrals and Multi-Level Customers.

Can I see their phone numbers, addresses or trading accounts? No. Contact details beyond email, verification details and trading accounts are never shown to affiliates.
